Through initiatives like our Black Women's Wellness Day and Black Maternal Health Fair, we provide spaces for education, support, and empowerment. By raising awareness about minority mental health and offering resources such as yoga classes, we aim to address the disparities in healthcare access and outcomes.


Our goal is to promote physical, mental, and emotional wellness among Black women and families, fostering resilience and vitality.
